If that fascinates you, you might want to look at the average tax rates of the >$1,000,000 club. The averages show the benefit of 15% tax on dividends. Imagine having 2 or 3 million in dividend income taxed at 15%. I have employees lose interest in overtime at $50 an hour because they rather be off than pay so much in taxes.

If I could get away with it I would buy a week or two of vacation since on the margin 40% of my income is taxed.
