Being such a brilliant attorney and all, he should realize that does not fall under the purview of Congress. It's in the Bill of Rights big 0.

There was a photograph I saw somewhere on the net a while ago, I don't remember where. It was a photograph of a large trashcan set beside the wall of a building. Over the trashcan someone had posted the sign,

"Voting for Obama? Save Time. Deposit Your Guns Here"

with an arrow pointing down towards the trashcan.
