Can't argue with that. But I'd be amazed if it had any impact on education other than maybe to allow a few students from outlier countries in more easily, hardly a trend starter let alone a paradigm shift.<<

I don't think anyone was arguing that it would.

I think the argument is more that there are two tracks toward elevating our nation's position in the world. One is the education track, and the other is the foreign policy track.
