It's bizarre isn't it? I can't stand the social conservatives, even though in my heart I am one about marriage and family- I just can't stand forcing anything like that on people. So while I agree that teens shouldn't be pregnant, and abstinence is great (and I am so pleased my girls and son are abstinent), and I hate women leaving their children to go to work, and I dislike divorce and abortion tremendously- as I find both repugnant and messy for society- I wouldn't make laws about any of it. Though I do favor lots of support for the custodial parent whether that happens to be a "he" or a "she". I hate the fact that the parent with custody is so often impoverished by divorce.
