he may be uttering the word change, but based on his views and how often he was basically either standing on Bush's head, or out ahead of him on some of his stupid policies, I'd say McCain change means "Change you Can't believe in"

Flags, abortion,military service,patriotism and belief in God. Preferably the last one in the White House to talk to the president.
