Labwire is growing revenue and is profitable. It is in the process of uplisting to the BB exchange and be fully audited and reporting. That's always a very good sign for any company. Labwire is a very good investment IMO. The delay in uplisting is unfortunate but in the long run it won't matter. They are going to finish the uplisting.

I invested and still am buying more shares ocassionally because they are a small, profitable company that is continuing to build its business and continues to move towards the OTCBB. The company is honest in my opinion, but their time frame estimates for accounting and SEC filings are always off -- much slower to get years of audits and SEC stuff done then they estimate. But I'm investing in LBWR for the long-term.

If you're looking for a short-term, momentum / excitement Pink Sheet trade where a 10-bagger is possible, this would probably not be it. Those types of trades can be enormously profitable (or devistating), but LBWR is much less of an emotional rollercoaster than many Pink Sheets. Just slow, steady business growth progress so far.

Very close to filing their Q2 to the SEC, then refiling their Form 10 with attachments that may prove interesting / exciting. $1 million+ in revenue and they haven't even started booking the revenue from the huge client they had lost and just reacquired. They will be booking most of their USIS revenue in Q4 of 2008. Very high margins (that will almost have to come down a bit, but still will be fantastic).

Also, their business appears to be much more recession-proof than other types of businesses (financials, retailers, etc.).

If you really want to gamble, try Pink Sheet company momentum trades or big financial companies or retailers. But I don't consider LBWR much of a gamble unless I need to sell within a short time. In fact, so far it's downright boring compared to almost any other Pink Sheet trades I've made.

As far as the estimates of $0.25 or more. With the Pink Sheets and sometimes the OTCBB, almost anything can happen when investor excitement takes hold. I think going to the OTCBB, increases in revenue, an institutional investment could lead it to over $1.00 in the next 8 months ... or maybe not.

<<Why would I want to consider investing/gambling my money into this stock based on what you just wrote?>>

I hope you wouldn't and would do your own DD and make your own decisions...I mean do you think it is wise to listen to MB posters on any penny stock?....I thought most already knew that 98% of all penny stocks fail and are nothing but scams to make management and others wealthy at the expense of the retail investor...I also thought most knew that 98% of the hype posted on the MB's is just that...Hype and nothing more....How many people were hyping LBWR as far back as 2006? Everybody was going nutso over the imminent uplisting and soon to skyrocket PPS.....Not much of what was hyped has happened....will it? I have no idea....I hope so..and am holding my free shares since they are lotto tickets....would I buy LBWR now after seeing the company in action all this time? NO.....But hey, do your own dd and make your own decision....I am already on record as stating I think the time for LBWR is now or never...imo, she either gets er done soon or she doesnt....If she does finally, then I can easily see this rising (although I do think the rise will be muted by profit taking by folks that have waited a loooooong time on this and will likely sell the first chance they get on any pop......I know quite a few longs who are planning to do just that....sell on the next decent pop....people are just tired of waiting and many have lost faith due to the awful history and decisions the company has made.....and something else that bothers me....there are one or 2 posters that are posting publicly that they love LBWR and are buying more.....yet they told me privately they plan to sell...as I do..on any decent move up.....again, more proof that what ytou read on the MB's should be taken for what it is...meaningless words that may or may not be true)...if she does not get er done soon...I think this goes way down....so, I think LBWR either moves up nicely or down harshly and only the company can dictate which way it will be....

<<Why should I gamble on a company that has repeatedly lied to it own shareholders on such obviously important issues?>>

I am not asking to you....Thats youir decision....Thats like asking why you should go and play poker in the casino when you know the dealer has a stacked deck....ALL pinks are GAMBLES imo....People go to casinos all the time knowing the games are rigged....some still win if they know how to play....that is why it is called gambling.....

<<Next, you mentioned the stock could potentially go up to 25 cents or more. How did you arrive at that number? >>

Pure guess work. As I said earlier, I think she moves up nicely or down harshly...my pps target was higher then .25 at one point when I felt if they got the uplist done and put out some good news, it would maybe get this over $1....but I now know some people, including myself, that are planning to bail if she ever gets back to .25--Waiting 2 years on a pink sheet is usually not a good thing....Many will just be happy to limit loss, get back to even, book a small profit.....but the key thing is GET OUT instead of holding a pink sheet this long....I dont know of many that held pink sheets for 2 years and made money...trading it, as I did...buying low, selling higher..think I did that twice...gave me my free shares...but if I had simply bought 2 years ago and just held....I would be ready to give up...Hell, I have freebies...lotto tickets...but they are still worth CASH...and I plan to sell if this ever pops up again...imagine what those with losses are thinking after 2 years of hearing 'well be rich on LBWR anyday now', only to see the company screw up time and again.....

<<Next, I read the post about changing up to the BB from Creede. It brought up many points to consider. You obviously know a lot about this company. What is your take on the individual points brought up in this article as it relates to his company? >>

I think it is more hype being posted to try to help explain why LBWR is still a pink....but the bottom line is Dex has made some very poor decisions..got in bed with the wrong people...he also told Creede that the uplist will be done back in 2006...was he lying or just incompetant? I dont think he was lying....but at the same time, I think he is far to gullible and has no clue how to run a publiclyb traded company..many have taken advantage of him and LBWR and Dex never should have even mentioned a timeline for uplisting considering he has missed it by 2 years and counting....

<<I am not sure if this is the company based on what I have read from everybody out there.>>

I wouldn't trust a single thing posted that you have read...by me or anybody else..concerning any penny stock, including LBWR...after all...look at everything posted about LBWR the last 2 years....quite a bit of hype..quite a bit of 'lbwr will make us all rich anyday..get on board now or miss out'.....Did the hype come true? Are we all rich?...Did anybody miss out by not buying the last 2 years?...believing what MB posters are saying about a PS and acting on it, normally leads to huge losses....Nope...do your own dd...realize that this is gambling and not investing..and then make your own decisions....I am holding my freebies, but plan to sell if it ever pops....I would not buy lbwr right now, even at a penny....I just assume wait and see if they ever do prove themselves and then decide..it obvioulsy is not going to da moon and if it does, there will be ample time to buy and enjoy the ride........But thats me....you have to make your own decisions....as does everybody......

Labwire (LBWR) is based in Houston, TX yet had no downtime dispite getting hit by Hurricane Ike.

How could that be?

Because their CEO knew exactly where to house the servers.

zebec.net

How do I know that's where they are?

Because I saw them on monday.
