The primary season polls/pre VP pick polls indicated that Hillary would not help but hurt with the Indies and moderate Republicans where this election will be won or lost..

Biden scored the highest with these people and judging by his stump on Friday in PA, I have no doubt he can help with the white blue collar voters..

I realize that this comes from an anti-Hillary during the primaries but had the data been different, had the RNC not already accumulated reams of oppo research on Bill and her, I'da fully supported choosing her. I want badly for Democrats to win and I think Hillary is most competent but had this unfortunate baggage named Bill...

JMHO!

<Obama gave them the momentum by passing up on Hillary, the only one that could bring him votes>

Yep, commonsense and vision over a cheap grab for votes.

<<Obama gave them the momentum by passing up on Hillary, the only one that could bring him votes, especially the white blue colored votes(male and female).>>

IMO, at the end of the day, the good guys will still win the election. However, I agree with you on the HRC. I think I was very clear when I said months ago HRC would have been the vp. Main reason: the popular vote in the primaries were essentially 50-50.

Intrade still Sen. Obama at 57%, barely down from the highs of 61%. With HRC as vp, that percentage would have shot up to 75-80%.

BTW, at 57%, the money people have Sen. Obama the election by a 84 EV margin, giving Obama 311.

I don't believe that......I think most of HRC voters have come over to him. Its Sarah Palin.......she's really juiced up the GOP ticket. Plus, they are getting their post convention bump.

What bothers me is how eagerly Americans are flocking to her and the McCain ticket. Its like they couldn't justify voting for McCain because he's too old but with a much younger VP, its okay. I hope that's not true but it sure looks that way right now.

Time will tell.
