The point is that the policy can feasibly be changed and, upon change, further debt is avoided. If the policy remains, then, of course, the debt incurrence continues. Don't you collect Social Security? If so, are you ashamed to take it? No, I don't collect Social Security. I would be uncomfortable taking it. I would elaborate but being open and honest has gotten me nothing but grief today and I don't want to incur any further grief today in that regard. <g>
