:0) perhaps not so specifically

but maybe able to, more blatantly, implement a nine-points program of mutually assured destruction:

(i) vote to re-cap fannie, conditional, with big enough loophole to weasel out

(ii) put in management and board so that the aggregate will make offer to buy freddie, jpm, gs, aig, ms, mer, boa, and ge - do-able legal-wise, as far as proposed combines are concerned

(iii) slow down flow of information to the fed and all supervisory outfits to bare essentials, after suitable time lag

(iv) offer to release the federal govt from government sponsorship

(v) write more derivatives with freddioe, jpm, etc in death-till-us-part action

(vi) move corporate hq to hk, along with all paperwork

(vii) offer self for sale to combine of russia, venezuela, iran and n.korea

(viii) demand full and unconditional fed bailout, on whatever terms, to enable share price to zoom to 70/shr

(ix) 24 hour deadline, do or die
