Well, I do have a thing about free speech.

My quarrel with the attacks on Palin last week was due to the rapid printing and reporting of unsubstantiated rumor. From a substantive standpoint, I thought the coverage was unfair and brutal, but certainly wouldn't have written to the DOJ to stop it as Obama is wont to do. I also was sorely disappointed with high profile women in the Dem party who failed to stand up and be counted. Suddenly too many were nodding their heads and tsk tsking along as though it were a foreign concept for women to have careers and be mothers as well.

That was certainly news to me.

We've now seen the gender variation of "Uncle Tom" right in the bosom of the party of anything goes.

Texas Dude first responded to me saying something like the thread is about Palin and why is she hiding from interviews.

I was replying with a link to the Gibson interview announcement. It went haywire in the midst of submitting it.
I then saw what happened. He had evidently erased his response and banned me before I could reply.

Maybe he got an email from Team Obama with instructions. :-)

Sure proved my point about the Left's incursion into free speech!
