No argument from me about the media's failings with the Bush Administration here. Let's go back a few years though; I think many in the media were scared after 9/11. If you didn't agree with the Republicans you were basically labeled a traitor. Even at the RNC, Palin commented that Obama would rather read terrorists their rights (to everybody's cheers). Is she justifying Gitmo by that statement? People are so stupid, if you ask them a question one way they'll respond "yes", if you ask them a question another way, they'll respond "no". It's like cursing at a dog. If you say it nicely, he'll give you a big kiss.
