Lots of things to like about Costco. Besides great return policies, don't even need a sales receipt, they always hire from within, the CEO draws an extremely low salary, great insurance.
So, someone that works hard can move up from a checker to upper management with no barriers in their way.
Costco is always innovating. One of their stores in the Seattle area actually has a custom paint center in it and will match any color or other brand's color on a custom basis. Hell, just tell an auto dealer that you are comparing their pricing to what you can get the car through Costco, and the negotiating is pretty much done. Heck, we were there yesterday and I noticed a very nice
2.5 ct diamond for a mere 29K.
I could go on. Just got my new eye glasses. Exam and glasses totalled $187-- which is about $600 less than what I paid last time at the local mom and pop.
Yup, Costco is something.
