How about the 'whitey video" and the "Obama's not a citizen" stuff. Were the people spreading that (like Shorty and Rush) "lower than whale dung"? What, exactly, did Rush (the entertainer) say in this connection? Did any purported hard news reporter, for example, like Campbell Brown or Keith Olbermann, make such a claim? Because I can assure you that Campbell Brown and Anderson Cooper were all over the stories about the daughter's pregnancy and even, to a lesser extent, "reported" the "reports" that the fifty child was actually a grandchild.

Never saw either one....nevertheless, those were attacks on the candidate qualifications for office, not their family or personal lives...McCain if you recall had similar charges that he ws not a citizen against him as well.... J.
