the 70% number is what comes up when the question is regarding roe v wade... whether you agree with the supreme court that Roe V Wade should have happened, or do you disagree it sould be overturned.

The reason I picked the Roe V Wade is it is black and white.

The other abortion polls are always should abortion be always legal, always illegal, usually legal, usually illegal or somewhere in between, those are where all the 50/50 splits come in.
