But the facts have come out on the bridge to nowhere and Palin's statements on the subject have proven precisely correct. She did support it until such time as it became clear that it was a boondogle, at which point she said, "Hey, wait a minute. We have 1/4 Billion dollars here that could be used more productively, they're doubling the cost estimates on the bridge to nowhere, why in hell are we spending that money like this?" So, she cut it out of the budget. How can you POSSIBLY be opposed to this? It is precisely what we need EVERY elected official to do.
