The point is that abandoning lending guidelines in the interest of fairness is not necessarily the answer. It's kinda like the law of unintended consequences in the area of ethanol. If you want to solve a problem, applying the knee-jerk liberal solution is not necessarily the answer. You were criticizing Palin for what you considered to be ignorance in the area of economic policy. I'm suggesting to you that the superficial feelgood policies of the left are not as astute as you think.
