I think she takes votes in the west, among women and in the rust belt. The change in the womens vote was stark in the latest polls. And some of these women have to be more liberal than she on the social issues.

Personally, I find a woman on the ticket to be highly appealing, as they tend to be very strong -- think Maggie Thatcher. I think even though, for example, her abortion position is more extreme than mine, I can tolerate it for the tradeoff.

Bull. She's not popular on the West coast. Maybe the Midwest. Obama is still running ahead in CO.
