It is interesting to note that in Oregon, the Willamette Valley residents passed an AMENDMENT to ban the use of hunting with dogs for bear and cougar.

Now, I am not a hunter but I understand the judicious use of hunting. And I hate cruelty and all that. That said, the effect of this amendment is to greatly deplete the deer and elk, while greatly increasing the bear and cougar populations. So much so that these animals have been frequenting the town and cities, even downtown Portland.

So, non-hunter and those who do not understand have upset the balance and caused havoc.

uh wrong...they should do this with people..NOT animals, but then this is what the war mongers are trying to do anyway right?
