The story sounded phony to begin with. Now if it does turn out that there is some degree of racism that can be connected to Palin, the real story will be discredited. This reminds me of the 2000 election. There is no question that W was a draft dodger. But when Dan Rather ran a story based on a forged document, W got a pass on any other discussion of draft dodging. To this day I am convinced, that Dan Rather cost Gore the election. Thanks Dan.

Brumar: "Sambo smear originated with Obama campaign staffers!" koan: are you sure it was his staffers? If that is the case I hope they are sued for slander. I do not want my candiate involved in any lies or anything dishonest. Can you say the same? How about Palin taking per diem while she stays at home and works out of hte Anchorage office rather than move into the governors mansion, like all other governs do when they take office? Either way it is unethical! YOu can dish it out, but you never seemed to talk about MCCain and Palins short comings. How come?
