As I said, ANY OB/GYN is going to say this just like any surgeon thinks surgery is the solution for all problems and like Chiropractors think they can cure back problems and like attorneys think they are essential in every business deal.

Not shocking.

What is important is that this woman's PERSONAL PHYSICIAN made the call, she spoke with her physician every couple hours throughout the day and she had been through the process 4 times before.

Pretty hard to challenge that judgment.

CJ, > She isn't an OB/GYN.

Ah yes, the "nuance."

I know quite a few OB/GYNs. Most of them are obligated to say that conditions like the one Sarah Palin experienced is an immediate cause for hospitalization. Any other answer would not fit in today's lawsuit-happy culture.

Like I said, I trust Sarah Palin's personal doctor over some hack the media could dig up. The choice Palin made with her doctor's consent might not have been the most prudent, but it doesn't strike me as "odd" in any way whatsoever.
