"She's on the record for supporting a discussion of creationism in school."

You've been discussing it. Can you give me a list of topics that you think should be banned in America?

Thanks in advance.

She's been slimed by main stream media.

"And why are the Republicans so offended now that it has finally happened to one of their favorites? Heck, a lot of people on this thread were - and still are - pushing the Swift Boat smears on Kerry."

Much of what you are hearing is from a different, usually silent, group of people. You can bash and flame back and forth with people here who don't seem to really mean it, just to punctuate the topics, or garner debate points, and you can smear political figures who aren't really listening, so you figure it isn't real.

However, not all people disconnect their reality this way. Some people live by the old adage, 'What you do to one of us you've done to all of us'. So, when you attack Sarah, with lies, smears, and character assassination a lot of people who've not stood up before are taking it personal and are standing up.

She's on the record for supporting a discussion of creationism in school. If it comes up in class. Which it generally does. She didn't call for it being on the curriculum.

Obama had to deny that he was a Muslim - a charge that is still believed by a significant number of people (last survey I saw said 10%).

Well, he should stop talking about his "Muslim faith" in public. Maybe Karl Rove has a mind-control machine that makes Obama say stupid things like that. Yeah, thats it. Everything dumb Obama says is really Rove's fault.
