The important point on this issue is that it is very tenuous to diagnose a person from afar as so many are trying to do with this case.

I can recall, as a CPA, people coming to me and saying, "Old, Joe came to see you and he got a $5,000 refund and his taxes are just about like mine and you say I owe $5,000. How's that happen?"

Well, it is complicated shit. And not 1/1000th as childbirth. There are any number of places where the story could be wrong -- she might have thought it was amniotic fluid, her doctor thought it was urine, so he said, "You're okay, don't worry about it, stay in touch". You just can't make the kinds of leaps with highly complicated matters than CJ is trying to do.

Unless the DailyKos has her chart, I just don't see that all this speculation has any basis at all.
