I rented the movie "Mr. Brooks" yesterday. I had never heard of it before, but I found it an excellent psychological thriller. Big stars: Costner, Demi Moore, William Hurt. Lots of violence and a bit of sex. Costner is the title character, and he's a very successful businessman and father who just happens to be addicted to killing people. Hurt is an imaginary character who is usually goading him on, though he doesn't approve of certain types of killing. Moore is a cop worth $65 million who is looking for the killer. It also seems that Brooks' daughter may have inherited the love of killing.

I don't know how I missed in in the theaters.
