Nature Made® Triple Omega

Sounds fine. But I don't know what for. What you are after is the Omega-3 in the fish oil and any value you can get from the Flax oil.

I buy the cheapest Fish oil that will give me the most Omega-3 for my money. Right now that is Costco's PL or Naturemade in the largest size. All of Davis recommendations on Flax seed are to take it in it's "ground" variation. Not it's oil version.

I take 9 Fish Oil capsules that contain 360mg each of Omega-3s. and three tablespoons of ground flax seed cooked in my morning oatmeal.

I know of no therapeutic value in taking Safflower & Olive Oils. Both are fine to cook with instead of saturated oils. I cook with both. I am sure you can find sites that will tell you how great they are to take as supplements, but that's the Internet!
