Allen,

Let's see. What is worse. Totally lying about your opponents record while wrapping yourself in a religious cloak and then crying about things when being called on it or using an expression that people have used their entire lives?

On a different note, I might be changing my mind about Obama's pick for VP. Retrospectively, from a winning the election standpoint, Clinton may have been a better choice.

Also, Clinton was right about one thing. Obama and his campaign wouldn't be ready for the onslaught that the republicans would throw at them. Obama has been a bit off message here. I think he needs to stop talking about Palin and go back to linking McCain and Bush and the poor record on the economy that the republicans have.

Neal

I've heard the "lipstick on a pig" expression all my life. It has nothing to do with Sarah Palin.
But you're going to believe the worst about Obama no matter what, just as you believed the whole of that ridiculous Scott Ott piece.

Yes, I heard many politican use that remark as well. But I believe Obama made a mistake in using it yesterday and should have steered well away from using the work 'lipstick'.

I don't know why you say that I believed the Scott Ott piece. I thought that it was a funny jab at Obama and that is why I posted it.

I was born in 1961 as was Obama and I don't believe for a minute that he considered joining the military in 1979.
