Its obvious the bounce is all in the south. The west moved by ONE yes ONE point. Midwest 2 - effectively flat, still for Obama.

This is an alternative energy world, no oil pumpers need apply.

There isn't even ONE, not ONE coal fired plant in California. ITs all Hydro, Solar etc.
