I disagree. Democrats are very aggressive with accusations of every kind. Whatever happened to Hubert Humphrey? Harry Truman? Scoop Jackson? Gone for flowers, every one. Suppose McCain said in reply: "Just because the pot is black doesn't make it a kettle." "I am just calling a spade a spade" or "It is like the pot calling the kettle black" He would be hounded to death and criticized.
