Right. Higher stocks, higher dollar, higher bonds all smell like
an economic recovery on 5 Trillion dollar bailout of FNM/FRE
rather than a deflationary recession. Gold gets hit. Stocks
rally. Bonds rally. Goldilocks is here again. The credit
crisis is OVER, credit conditions improve. <G>

Or a bit of disinflation to 4-5% PPI until stagflation really kicks in? Only a question of alternating between stagflation or hyperinflation down the road depending on what happens to long term rates down the road..
