I gather you didn't watch the video, MM. He clearly was talking about McCain's attempt to picture himself as different from Bush. As the Times said, he was using a phrase that's use often, that McCain has used on many occasions, and was using it in precisely the ways it's always used. This is simply the McCain campaign trying to talk about anything rather than the issues, which illustrate that they are in deep trouble there. So they sponsor a scurrilous campaign which has no regard for even the usual spin freedoms.
