I do not care where she is. But I would be very upset if she moves the capitol.

When she was running for governor she slipped the question of whether she would move the capitol to Anchorage or Wasilla.

She said she would leave it up to the legislature, knowing full well that the Anchorage Republicans, with half the population of the state, might well try (again for the umpteenth time) to move the capitol and then she would just let it become law.

Juneau has had to live with the sword of damacles hanging over its head for 50 years i.e. capitol move. The Republican's try to move it every year in complete disregrd for the damage it would do to the Juneau community and Anchorage doesn't need it.

The dems never try to move it because they have compassion (something you conservative's seem not to believe in) for the destruction it would do to Juneau, especially housing prices.

I might point out also that of the 10 legislators or so, under investigation, indictment or conviction for bribory from the oil companies they are all Republicans.

Not one Democrat.

And of the 20 legislators taking over $10,000 in campaign contributions from the oil companies 19 are Republicans and one is a democrat from Kotzebue.

So who do you think is in the pockets of the oil companies??

Why do you support a party that behaves like the above??
