Sounds like a great plan. Where will he get all the money needed to build all these nukes etc?


From his position he can set the direction, make it the energy policy - not hand the oil industry any more yearly handouts and use that funding. It first needs to be made the plan so permits and funding can follow. In the end it's a combination of public and private funding like any large effort - but government needs to have a vision, policy and provide the permits to proceed.
