I'd rather save 4% than spend an additional 30% like Barry, I mean Obama wants to do!

Clinton was lucky he was President during a business expansion that was created by the republican's before him.

4% is enough to fund energy independence and reduce some of the 70% of the trade deficit due to energy needs. It would also create thousands upon thousand of jobs - prolly union jobs - or do you not care.
