Just as with Obama, only possibly more quickly, since there is less "there" there, Palin is going to come in to focus, and what's worse, McCain is coming in to focus as a liar, and a partisan, and a guy who just can't manage to take the high road.

Sad to see him ruined like this, but so it goes.
