I think Obama voted with Bush 90% too.

Naming buildings, confirming judges, and paying govt employees is something they all usually agree on.

The problem with the claim is that Bush doesn't have a vote. So unless the terms are defined, it means nothing. Going onto the source site didn't provide any help.
