If the allegations are true, the mainstream media will eventually pick it up. It takes them a long time to get to new things, sometimes. They're too busy stirring up insipid controversy, and talking about the horse race.

I don't think Obama could stop the regular press reporting it even if he tried.

But really, if what kind of parent you are doesn't matter, what does it matter if her kids were on drugs? Just like lots of teens get pregnant (an event embraced and celebrated by some of our right wing posters on SI), lots of teens use drugs. In fact, at least 1/2 of teens do.
