"Lipstick on a pig" is a term used all the time to mean all kinds of things, there was even a SCHWAB commercial featuring that line once, but the McCain/Palin people are so stupid they think the public will immediately associate the word "LIPSTICK" with PALIN, which just shows their complete tunnel vision and lack of perspective.... most of the country didn't hear Palins speech and even if they did, Palin does not have a patent on the word LIPSTICK, but anyway the McCain team erroneously assumes the PUBLIC will assume Obama is talking about Palin when he says "lipstick on a pig". LOL

Of course the actual public forgot Palin's stupid speech, didn't remember the word LIPSTICK in it, and doesn't make the association.

SO this whole episode makes the PALIN people seem paranoid and dense.
