Congratulations Pattibob. Bragging Rights are in order, so the fun begins. Just read today that the Texas Tuition Promise Fund has reopened, it was formerly The Texas Fund which closed. I have two other granddaughters in the old fund and their tuition fees are locked in and will be used starting next year.

My granddaughter was born at 1:37 yesterday, 6 lbs 7 oz 18 inches, Londyn Elise. We have a hurricane breathing down our necks and I'm finishing up things at the office up in Houston. I'm leaving here in a few hours then heading south to go home. Congratulations Grandma!!! I was born in Virginia just as Hurricane Able was hitting. This'll give your granddaughter with an obscure party conversation item, "did you know I was born during a Hurricane...?"
