But who is going to do something to make sure that the administrators understand the seriousness of falsely accusing and then disciplining an innocent child, even when they realize their actions are improper?

Lets hope that the actions of the administrators have not changed that.

District spokesman Randy Wall said school administrators are stuck in the precarious position between the district's zero tolerance policy against having weapons at school and common sense.

I'm convinced that some of these administrators take untenable positions about zero tolerance because they want to see it fail. Zero tolerance does NOT mean zero common sense.
