Mina Mar, or Axxess Systems, or 'ACME.com-du-jour' is obviously a spirder's web of 'maybe this'll work' website ventures fishing for a hit. Their not-physical-address website attempt at mimicking NetJet with some luxury, glossy photos, part-owner yacht charter scheme was rather humorous. The reputable, long-history, professional yacht sales-lease-share-charter outfits in NY, VA, FL, CA and elsewhere would eat their lunch in that competition.

The Chinese will eventually start getting direct feedback from stockholders that affects their 'Face', and they'll move on to some IR/PR or VC outfits that have merit, one would think. Assuming the 3000+ stores and business is eventually verified by someone in or visiting China, the HQ would be rather foolish to let annie's collection of whizbangers make them look like a bunch of jerks.

The Chinese were doing large scale business before Marco Polo ever showed up. Corruption, however is being mentioned in the international Press a lot lately
