coconut's memory is beginning to alarm me - every title of everyone of perhaps 100+ books - most words in most sentences on most pages (if you skip a word while reading, she would fill it in) - concepts (dino extinct in england per british museum, so must be also gone per china state museum, etc) - processes (per field visit of krispy kreme, coca cola bottling, pizza restaurant, fire station, hospital, food preparations ... pancakes, red braised meat ...) - names, places, things, and time - promises made by self - promises made by others - upcoming events planned - etc etc

hello pezz, today's report: (i) back in hkg early am (ii) found e-mail in in-tray informing of me and another on these thread a phoenix i property fund distribution that tallies to 125% return on capital after fees (iii) will work up rental agreement and execute with renter at 6.86% net net net just refurbished on stanley market full ocean view studio (w/ rooftop), collect 2 months security deposit, etc etc (iv) readying to do 9-days holiday starting saturday and looking forward to dwell on all the opportunities the greater depression may uncover (v) thinking about buying more paper gold today and physical gold tomorrow chugs, tj p.s. i am figuring that all the market interventions will fail, but not right away.
