Point me to the smears attributable to the Obama campaign. I'll point you to the many smears directly attributable to the McCain campaign.

Obama is trying to run a clean campaign. His message yesterday - which you probably missed - was that it was silly to be talking about such a non-issue - such a smear by the McCain campaign - instead of the issues that REALLY matter.

Your head is in the sand. The McCain campaign has decided that this race is not about discussing issues, not about discussing solutions, but about slinging mud. You're too smitten with Palin, oh, excuse me, 'Sarah', to see that.

Just in the past few days, McCain has:

1) Accused Obama of calling Palin a pig, something that even O'Reilly thinks is ridiculous.

2) Accused Obama of trying to sexualize kindergarteners, with a perverse and leering ad that is as low as they go.

3) Accused Obama of smearing Palin, even though FactCheck.org has now called McCain's campaign 'less than honest'.

You equate the two campaigns as both smearing because you cannot face the truth - Rove is back. And now even the press has caught on, and is doing the vetting of Palin that McCain didn't.

What I didn't previously know is that McCain's full name is 'Country John McCain'.
