I guess you didn't catch the images where McCain said the same phrase - multiple times, as did Cheney and others - when talking about Hillary's health plan, and how the crowd laughed. Funny how you seem to come to a different nuanced conclusion depending on the speaker. I think neither man was implying anything literal. But then again, Obama hasn't told any jokes about women enjoying gorilla rape, or disgusting ugly jokes about teenagers. So, I'm giving McCain the benefit of the doubt.
