WFR is trading back at 2006 levels. One look at their income statements over the past couple of years will dispel any worry.

The market is in over reaction mode. Just be careful. When the trend is down, it may be best to just stand aside and wait until there is a clear reversal. Death by a thousand cuts can be both painful and depressing!

Nothing wrong with buying support levels and looking for a bounce, if you are a trader. Just don't let a short term position get locked into a long term loser!!!!

EDIT one last note on WFR. The stock is now down $64 from its high. It would take a 200% move up to recover this loss!!
