You know what really struck me? The majority of the 'rightside' blogs members understood right away what Obama's reference referred to, while the MSM talking heads really didn't understand what all the fuss was about. Obama's AUDIENCE understood what he was referring to, and laughed, and shouted 'no more pit bull!' Some in the audience shook their heads, understanding that Obama had made a mistake. I don't know if Obama intended to use the phrase deliberately. I suspect if he had thought about it, he would have known it was better not to go there. But he is badly spooked.
