It almost sounds as if Biden here is preparing us for a switch to Hilary Most of the time Senator Biden is an insecure, preening, gasbag of a Senator posing as a statesman. Sometimes he has used his position to savage people at Senate confirmation hearings. But there lives inside of Senator Biden a plain old Joe who knows he's a fake, and Joe will sometimes take over the Senator's mouth and speak his thought. Which is why nobody can really hate Senator Joe Biden.
