I hope you are right. Any opinion on mining stocks? HUI is almost at 50% from its high. Won't it take a long time for it to recover?

are ya sure that cutting rates,even if it goes to zero,will push the POG,banks are keeping their liquidities to fix their balance sheets,ain't returning in the public for loans....?
