As we advance technologically, and the population segregates even more by intelligence, it will get worse.

i doubt it will happen in our lifetime...

my daughter married a black man (since divorced)....i have a black grandson (his by his previous marriage)

on a personal level, i believe whites and blacks have a much better track record of acceptance and understanding...

on a political level?

racism is enshrined...in fact that is why in the early stages i was willing to vote for obama....i honestly believed it was worth whatever mistakes he made politically or economically to put an end to the racial divide on a POLITICAL level in this country....

what i realized (after seeing his long history with the race baiter, rev. wright) was that there was something more important than a token black pres read: unqualified.... giving him my vote on the basis of his race....our national security is at stake...that trumps racial politics as far as i am concerned
