it's that people get up in front of the whole country and rant against this stuff and then you find out it was a big lie... Which is what Lizzie was doing here. THAT's the difference... the fact he looks into hypocrites it turns out to be the REPUBLICANS you don't like it because they both took earmarks (but the dem didn't lie about it) that is an artifact of your mentation. You see two guys taking earmarks... he sees the same but ONE of them makes speeches about tax and spend, earmark democrats. Personally I think earmarks should be eliminated entirely. As for attacking Palin for once being accepting of an earmark, but later not building the earmarked facility when it came down to it, I see it as being good she ultimately did the right thing. Then when I see Democratic Senators criticizing her for once being accepting of earmarks THEY personally voted for, gee, I see some hypocrisy there too.
