One thing stands out in the interview, Palin is ready while Biden thinks Obama should have chosen Hillary..

The heavy editing would have gone by unnoticed by me as I don't tend to pay attention to such things, but my wife pointed it out. At first she was just saying, "There is something wrong here with the way they're doing this..." then she realized there were heavy edits and pointed it out to me.

But I think the image most unbiased viewers will take away is that of Gibson looking "down" at Palin, glasses on his nose, in a sort of condescending way.

His demeanor totally changes from the "lead in" to the interview, where he seems like good ole' Charlie, to the interview where he takes on this condescending schoolmaster attitude.

Agree totally about the "gotcha". The Bush Doctrine question was sort of like asking who some little head of state is. Like you, I had to pause and think about it, and most anyone would have.
