Everyone else in the state was aware of rape victims' ordeal in Wasilla...but the mayor ,a woman, strangely does not recall the issue...it's little town of 7K. The then Gov had to ban the practice. all the state knew it!! You're misleading readers here.

Dude, that DOESNT mean it was all lies as you say... it just means maybe she wasn't aware. The fact that women were actually asked to pay is amazing. Course a mayor in a town that size probably has a lot more to worry about. :)
